Job responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of a methodology for identifying, assessing, career planning and succession of talents within the company
- Ensuring talent identification using validated assessments to identify core competencies
- Attracting professional staff
- Monitor the use of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback channels
- Assessment of employee engagement, annual performance of company employees
- Participate in the training development process
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in this position
- Higher (entrepreneurial and economic) education
- Strategic Analytics skills
- High corporate, communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the system of rewards, bonuses and other motivational systems
- Excel skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
