Leading recruitment specialist

Job responsibilities: 

• Organization and coordination of the recruitment process
• Preparation and placement of vacancy announcements
• Process control and selection of suitable candidates
• Application of new recruitment techniques
• Updating the CV database and conducting tests
• Organization of interviews, obtaining references
• Preparation of recruitment reports
• Informing candidates about the interview results

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field
• Fluent Russian or English
• High headhunting skills 
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Experience in IT and electronics is an advantage
• Strong decision-making skills

Work schedule - 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00

Salary: 1000-1500 AZN
